ONRAMP Merchant Portal SMS Login Passcodes

Program Description

ONRAMP Merchant Portal SMS Login Passcodes is a one-time passcode (OTP) text messaging program for ONRAMP Merchant Portal users. By opting in, you agree to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) by text message each time you initiate a login to the ONRAMP Merchant Portal. The OTP is used to verify your identity and complete your login. No marketing, promotional, or informational messages are sent through this program.

Your ONRAMP Merchant Portal one time passcode is 123456.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to the program by:

• Submitting the SMS opt-in form at /consent/ with your phone number and explicit consent
• Enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication inside the ONRAMP Merchant Portal during account setup, which records your consent in our records

Message Frequency

Messages are sent only when you initiate a login to the ONRAMP Merchant Portal. Message frequency depends entirely on your own login activity and the number of times you sign in. You will not receive any messages from this program at times you have not initiated a login.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply to any messages sent or received. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Reply HELP to any message you receive from ONRAMP to get help. You can also contact ONRAMP support at any time by emailing ea@onrampmerchants.com.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of the SMS login passcode program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Upon receipt of the STOP command, ONRAMP will send a single confirmation text acknowledging your opt-out, after which you will not receive further one-time passcodes by text. If you opt out, you will need to use an alternative authentication method to log in to the ONRAMP Merchant Portal.

Supported Carriers

The program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide, and an authorized user of the ONRAMP Merchant Portal account associated with your email address. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes to Terms

ONRAMP may modify or cancel the SMS login passcode program or these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled users.
