This Privacy Policy describes how ONRAMP ("ONRAMP", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our SMS one-time passcode (OTP) program for ONRAMP Merchant Portal login.

Scope

This policy applies only to our SMS login passcode program. The only purpose of the program is to deliver one-time passcodes (OTPs) by text message to authenticate users logging in to the ONRAMP Merchant Portal.

Information We Collect

When you opt in to receive SMS login passcodes, we collect the following information:

• Your full name
• Your email address (used to identify your ONRAMP Merchant Portal account)
• Your mobile phone number
• The date and time you opted in, and the method of opt-in
• Records of one-time passcode messages sent to your phone number, and any HELP or STOP replies

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Send one-time passcode (OTP) text messages to authenticate your login to the ONRAMP Merchant Portal
• Respond to HELP and STOP replies
• Maintain records of consent and opt-out requests as required by applicable law
• Detect and prevent fraudulent login attempts on your account

We do not send marketing, promotional, or informational messages through this program. The only messages sent are one-time passcodes you have requested by initiating a login.

Sharing of Information

We do not share, sell, rent, lease, or trade your mobile phone number, opt-in status, or any other personally identifiable information collected through our SMS login passcode program with any third party for marketing purposes.

The only circumstances in which we share information are:

• With our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the one-time passcode messages you have requested
• When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of ONRAMP, our users, or others

Mobile phone numbers and opt-in data collected through our SMS login passcode program are never used for third-party marketing and are not shared with affiliates or partners for promotional purposes.

Data Retention

We retain opt-in records and OTP delivery logs for the duration of your Merchant Portal account and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal, regulatory, security, and audit requirements. You may request deletion of your data by emailing ea@onrampmerchants.com.

Your Choices

You may opt out of receiving SMS login passcodes at any time by replying STOP to any OTP message you receive from us. You may also email ea@onrampmerchants.com to request opt-out, data access, or data deletion. If you opt out, you will need to use an alternative authentication method to log in to the ONRAMP Merchant Portal.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any messages you send or receive. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Children's Privacy

Our SMS login passcode program is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Security

One-time passcodes are short, single-use codes that expire after a short period. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
